The Tight Lines Team is composed of experienced professionals in the construction industry.

Anthony Deane is the Principal of Tight Lines Contracting. He brings to his clients 20 years of tried and true field experience, excellent project management skills, solid trade and supplier relationships and a commitment to getting the job done. Anthony is a graduate of the construction program at Caribou College in Kamloops & Kelowna OUC and has continued his education, training and specialization through a number of programs across British Columbia. He has extensive experience in the construction industry throughout the Okanagan including Kamloops, Kelowna, Penticton, Naramata, Merrit and Summerland. He also spent nearly 8 years in Vancouver operating throughout the GVRD.

Anthony, his wife Lisa and their children reside in Summerland, BC. They are active members of the community and are well known throughout. Lisa works within the local school district and both support their children and their friends in a wide variety of educational, sporting and musical pursuits.

Dean Madsen is construction industry veteran with 20 + years of experience in the new home and renovation construction industries. Dean earned his formal education in construction and architecture at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), and grew his heritage home renovation business in Vancouver to be one of the best known in the city.

A native of Salmon Arm, Dean and his wife Kim, a CMA, and their two boys recently moved back to the Okanagan and settled in Naramata, BC. Dean has since re-joined the Tight Lines Team in 2007 and is a site/project manager and Team leader.

Jim Gould is construction industry veteran with 20 + years of experience in new home and renovation construction and spent several years as a stucco and finishing expert. Jim joined Tight Lines over 5 years ago and is a key contributor to the business.

Jim has lived in Summerland, BC most of his life, is married to Brenda and has two kids. He is also a proud grandfather and an avid fly fisherman.
